I have experience working with a broad spectrum of issues and I have trained in numerous modalities, including Jungian psychoanalysis, psychoanalytic, characterological as well as several different trauma theories. All of these experiences guide me in my practice, but I find myself continually coming back to Jungian psychology as my fundamental orientation. Jung’s theories illuminate both my work with individuals in therapy, as well as my work as a consultant in various professional work settings.
Jungian psychotherapy provides the framework needed to help individuals reestablish emotional health and wellbeing. By deepening our understanding of ourselves we can access the energy and clarity of thought needed to restore a sense of vitality and meaning to our lives.
